HR Manager (part time)

The Foundation wishes to appoint an experienced HR Manager to deliver all aspects of the HR function for the small but busy AKF (UK) team (around 40 employees).

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, the HR Manager will develop and implement an HR Strategy which promotes a culture of teamwork, service, high quality, transparency, accountability, innovation and inclusiveness.

The HR Manager will play a key role in building the HR function for AKF (UK) through:

  • Developing and implementing sound HR policy
  • Setting up user friendly HR systems and processes
  • Providing employee and volunteer life cycle support, within the context of the wider international Aga Khan Foundation HR based in Geneva
