Finance Officer (Income)

Louanne oversees and maintains the donor software systems and ensures that all income received has been accurately recorded, liaises with donors to manage individual queries, and ensures compliance with Gift Aid requirements. She ensures that all information is recorded and reconciled for month end procedures, and provides financial reports on income to internal and external stakeholders.

Louanne joined the AKF (UK) finance team in 2019 after spending over 5 years working in Finance for retail businesses across a range of functions including Accounts Payable, Budgeting and Forecasting, VAT, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Management. Louanne has a BA Hons in Politics and Economics and is pursuing the ACCA qualification to become a fully qualified accountant.
